Our beautiful baby boy Theo was born in Wolverhampton on April 12, 2015.  He passed away peacefully 12 weeks later on July 11th, following a brave fight against an undiagnosed type of liver disease.

In Theo's short life he has brought us such happiness and has given us a lifetime of memories that will be treasured and never forgotten. He was a cheeky little character who loved people and having plenty of cuddles. Theo touched all our hearts and will always be lovingly remembered by all his family and friends.

Had Theo been well enough to have a transplant, the Children's Liver Disease Foundation would have been a large part of his life. From funding vital research which could have contributed to finding a diagnosis to the type of liver disease he had to organising events for those affected by and living with a childhood liver disease.

In memory of our gorgeous little monkey, we would therefore like to contribute to supporting the work of this fantastic charity which will always have a special meaning to us.
